At our Helsinki office, we have two teams working at Lounge by Zalando business unit.
Our Goal Based Shopping team is dedicated to shaping the future of our customer experience by enhancing Lounge's new customer proposition. The team’s mission is to empower customers to shop on their terms, embracing personalized and flexible options.
Meanwhile, our Inspire team is passionately committed to enriching our customers' fashion journey. Their focus lies in curating inspiring new styles and fashion trends, providing customers with an exciting and engaging browsing experience.
Together, these teams demonstrate our commitment to revolutionizing how customers engage with Lounge by Zalando, making every interaction more enjoyable, convenient, and fashion-forward.
At Lounge by Zalando, our dedicated teams operate within a cohesive model that includes client engineers proficient in iOS, Android, and Web technologies, along with backend engineers, product designers, product analysts, user researchers, product managers, and engineering managers.
This comprehensive team composition empowers us to take full ownership of the development process for new features and systems.
Moreover, our teams in Helsinki are structured as multi-location units, with members spread across both Helsinki and Berlin. This setup allows us to leverage diverse talent and expertise, fostering collaborative innovation and ensuring seamless coordination across geographical boundaries.
